(Large carriers, TVs, golf bags, etc.) How to use and precautions Book a service according to the number and size of your luggage - When purchasing the product, please make a reservation with the same name as the person making the reservation. - Be sure to select the date you check out and leave your bags at the hotel. (※ If the flight is at 01:00 in the morning on the 2nd, it is usually a 1-day check-out. You must make a reservation for 1 day.) - Please make a reservation according to the size and number of carriers. Small shopping bags and auxiliary bags are also counted as 1 piece each. (※ Please make sure to make a reservation with the correct number. We cannot help you with any disadvantages caused by that part.) - Auxiliary bags and set-type carriers must be reserved with 2 bags instead of 1. (see image below) On the day of check-out, leave your luggage at the hotel before 12:00 noon and tell us that you will be picked up from Belluck. (see image below) - Bellok driver can only wait up to 10 minutes. You cannot specify the time you want, and it is impossible even if you leave it in the request. - Bags not left before the set time cannot be picked up, and the reservation is automatically canceled with no refund. Please leave it on time. - Be sure to lock the bag with a padlock so that no one can open it in the middle. On the day of check-out, you can pick up your bags at the Belluk booth at Suvarnabhumi Airport between 19:00 and 23:30. - You can pick up the delivered bag at Gate 7 on the 4th floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport (between the P/Q counters).
