Following a meet-and-greet at the skywalk, navigate all the airport formalities with your personal assistant. Your host will assist you through the application for a visa upon arrival and then take your through customs via the Premium Immigration Lane. As you head downstairs, a dedicated baggage porter will be arranging the collection of your checked bags as your concierge fast tracks you through customs and escorts you and your guests to your onward transportation or to your host for transportation to the hotel. On your departure, there is no need to wait in line, your concierge will pre-arrange the check-in and printing of your boarding passes and luggage tags. Meet them outside with a dedicated porter to collect your bags. Be escorted to the front of the document check-in and security lines before you go to immigration and customs. Due to security restrictions, the concierge service is limited through customs and the immigration pre-clearance. Therefore, you must clear immigration and customs on your own. Once you have cleared, your personal concierge will escort you up to the VIP airport departure gate. Ticket Conditions - This service is valid only on the date of the flight as stated. - This service is free of charge for those under 2 years old. - During the booking process, please provide us flight details and the names of each passenger. - The price for this service excludes the visa fee of 2,000 THB. Additional Informations - For the visa on arrival service, all passengers need to provide a copy of his/her passport. - The copy of the passport should be given to us at least 1-3 days before the flight date. - Do provide us your phone number in case of emergencies or urgent situations. - In case if your luggage is damaged, please let us know if you have any travel insurance. - If you have travel insurance, you can reimburse for the damage costs. If you don't have travel insurance, we will help you with every necessity as standard. - The fast-track arrival service ends with our staff sending you at your choice of transportation. Cancellation Policy - Should your flight be cancelled by the airline, feel free to notify us and provide us the evidence of the cancellation. - The cancellation is free of charge if your flight is cancelled only by the airline. What You Can Expect - Meet our staff at the air-bridge, and skip the immigration line. Our friendly staff will help you carry your luggage from the luggage belt directly to the limousine. - The process will only take 15 minutes, starting from the air-bridge to the limousine. - Please note that the length of time varies depending on the traveler’s nationality, and is usually based on those not involved with health control and Visa On Arrival.
